So, it’s happened!  You have decided to join the Network Marketing world and are nervous and excited, all at the same time.

For all of us, who have made this decision in the past, we know exactly where you’re coming from.  The desire to succeed is intense and you are living it and breathing it everyday.  The successes are a huge cause to celebrate, the let downs, on the other hand, are devastating.

Fear not….here are a few tips that will help you succeed in this business.  Seriously consider each one as a step in the right direction.  If you have already mastered one concept, try to master another one.  Step by step, your success will follow…

Educate Yourself

Determine which marketing method best suits your character – whether it’s face to face or via the internet.  Choose the method that makes you feel less in conflict with yourself and the method that causes you the least stress.

As you get more confident, you can adopt both methods, but start off with the one that makes you feel the most comfortable and give it your all.

We’ll give you details on several resources available out there in our next blog, but for now, get your hands on whatever free resources you can.

Be Realistic

If you’re looking for instant riches, you’re in the wrong business.  Success comes with trial and error and takes time and patience.  When it comes to internet marketing especially, you are dealing with people that don’t know you from Adam.  Excuse my bluntness, but this is the absolute truth.

It takes time to earn trust, so don’t get discouraged.  There are several ways of building trust and we will cover those in our next lesson

Be Yourself

It is good to think like a millionaire,  it is definitely a step in the right direction, but, don’t make the mistake of bragging about already being one, when you’re actually not.

People can see right through your B.S.  It insults their intelligence, furthermore it presents itself as an opportunity for them to question your credibility.  First impressions really count in this business and your credibility is a valuable asset.

Have a great weekend!

Until next time….
